Our Approach
Your Child Is in Great Hands

Our Approach
At Happy Feet, we place a strong focus on nature and wildlife as part of our approach. We believe that spending time outdoors helps children develop a sense of wonder and responsibility. We encourage little ones to explore the outdoors, care for animals and bugs, learn about plants and watching them grow. We provide a "potting garden" which has a small vegetable garden available for the children to help care for. This hands on experience builds a sense of responsibility for the world around them. Alongside this, we follow the EYFS framework with fun, engaging activities designed to support children's learning and development. We do a theme of the month to help support and grow on different areas of development. This includes a range of themed focus activities related to the topic and a book as well.

Health & Safety
At Happy Feet the health and safety of every child is our top priority. We provide a secure, nurturing environment where children can play, learn and grow. Our setting is regularly risk assessed to ensure it meets standards of cleanliness and safety. Both of us are fully trained in Paediatric First Aid meaning if an emergency ever arises we are trained to deal with it effectively.
